Community & safety
Trusted connections can add context. They cannot replace your judgment, consent, or normal dating precautions.
Before meeting
- Keep early conversation in the app and watch for pressure to move elsewhere immediately.
- Never send money, financial information, passwords, verification codes, or intimate images.
- Video chat first if helpful, and tell a trusted person who you are meeting.
- A mutual connection is not a background or identity check.
Meet in public
- Choose a populated public place, arrange your own transportation, and keep control of anything you consume.
- Share the plan and a check-in time with someone you trust.
- Do not disclose a home, work, ward, stake, or routine until trust has been earned.
Consent is specific and reversible
A match, connection, or Wingman introduction never creates an obligation to reply, meet, continue a date, or pursue a relationship. Stop when someone says no or withdraws consent.
Block and report
Use the conversation safety menu to block contact or send a private report. Report suspected minors, impersonation, threats, harassment, scams, sexual misconduct, or attempts to evade a block. Preserve relevant messages or screenshots when it is safe to do so.
Wingman responsibility
Only connect people you genuinely know, protect what they told you privately, avoid making guarantees, and let both people decide without pressure. Introductions are private until both people accept.
Beta limitation
This early build does not yet include identity verification or around-the-clock moderation. External testing should remain small and supervised until those operational safeguards are in place.
